Role Description
We are seeking a Fleet Recruiter for a full-time, on-site position located in Tirupati Urban. As a Fleet Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring delivery personnel to ensure our logistics operations run efficiently. This role involves conducting recruitment drives, building a talent pool, coordinating interviews, and managing onboarding processes. You will collaborate closely with various teams to meet staffing demands while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and team members
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple hiring tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements is a plus
- Experience in logistics or fleet management recruitment is advantageous
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
