Role Description
- Oversee daily fleet operations, including vehicle allocation and route planning
- Ensure timely and safe transportation of goods/consignments
- Monitor vehicle maintenance, servicing schedules, and compliance documentation
- Manage drivers, track attendance, and ensure adherence to company policies
- Maintain trip records, fuel logs, and cost control measures
- Coordinate with internal teams for planning and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Experience in Operations Management and Transportation Management
- Proficiency in Fleet Management
- Ability to lead a team and resolve operational challenges effectively
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in transportation and logistics
- Familiarity with scheduling and performance monitoring tools is an advantage
- Graduate degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred
