This role is for a Fleet Executive - Sales focused on heavy commercial vehicle (HCV) spare parts and tyres. The ideal candidate will have an established network of fleet owners, bus owners, and transport owners, and will be responsible for locating, developing, and closing new business deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build market position by locating, developing, and closing deals with fleet owners, bus owners, and transport owners.
- Discover and explore business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Estimate customer needs for vehicle services, spare parts, motor insurance, tyres, batteries, and GPS.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Protect the organization's value by maintaining the confidentiality of information.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong network and contacts with fleet operators and owners.
- Experience in sales within the Tyre, Battery, Lubricant, or HCV sectors (loan sales, new vehicle sales, or Fastag/GPS).
- Proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to understand and estimate customer needs for various vehicle-related products and services.
