Job Description: Flea Market Manager NoBrokerHood
Role Summary:
As a Flea Market Manager at NoBrokerHood, you will be responsible for sourcing and
onboarding vendors, executing flea market events within residential
societies/apartments, and driving profitable operations. This role requires strong
negotiation skills, extensive cross-team collaboration, and an ability to deliver seamless
onsite experiences for both vendors and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Sourcing & Management:
Identify, approach, and onboard a variety of vendors (food, crafts, goods,
etc.) suited for society flea markets.
Negotiate commercial terms to maximize event profitability and maintain
diverse vendor portfolios.
Build and maintain a reliable vendor database for NoBrokerHood events.
Event Planning & Execution:
Coordinate with society committees and apartment management
(NoBrokerHood communities) to secure permissions and finalize event
schedules.
Work closely with internal NoBrokerHood teams (marketing, operations,
logistics, accounts) for event readiness.
Oversee all on-ground operations during the flea marketbooth setup,
layout planning, vendor placement, and customer support.
Troubleshoot live issues and ensure smooth event flow.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with society management, vendors, and service providers to ensure
mutual benefit and high event satisfaction within NoBrokerHood societies.
Drive marketing campaigns and community engagement (online and
offline) to increase footfall.
Revenue & Margin Growth:
Own the P&L for each market; track collections, control expenses, and
optimize margins.
Propose creative initiatives (promos, partnerships, new formats) to
increase event revenue for NoBrokerHood.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with both vendors and society officials. Excellent cross-functional coordination and event management capabilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth and margin optimization.
Proven ability to manage independently, problem-solve on the ground, and handle
multiple stakeholders.
Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience in event management, community engagement, or B2B/B2C sales is
a plus.
Work Environment:
Field-based role within city limits, primarily focusing on NoBrokerHood societies.
Flexibility for weekend and holiday events as per society calendars.
