This is done through strategic focus on training and improving staff capability, empowerment, productivity, teamwork, innovation & technology, managing operational risks & strongly collaborating with our business partners in delivering excellent RED service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Scrutinize the documents submitted and execute/authorize the service requests from customers
- Process various service requests, including static data amendments, REKYC, dormant account activation, and account closure
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Logical Validation (LV) for the bank's initiatives
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of RBI KYC Master Direction
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Proficient in using banking systems and applications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated understanding of RBI KYC Master Direction
