Responsibilities

Handle static data change requests for customer accounts
Perform pre-processing checks, including verifying the completeness of customer requests
Process Service requests such as Static data amendments, REKYC, Dormant account activation, Account closure, etc.
Ensure timely completion of requests with accuracy
Demonstrate a basic understanding of RBI KYC Master Direction

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
Proficient in using relevant banking systems and software applications
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
