About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Investment Banking Analyst with hands-on experience in fixed income markets. The candidate will support deal execution, financial analysis, and research activities related to bonds, debt instruments, and capital market transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct research and analysis on fixed income securities, issuers, and market trends.
- Assist in structuring, pricing, and executing debt and fixed income transactions.
- Prepare pitch books, financial models, and investment memorandums.
- Support senior bankers in client presentations and transaction documentation.
- Analyze credit risk, yield curves, and market data to support investment decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for due diligence and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, debt markets, or financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of fixed income products and valuation methodologies.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred- Exposure to Bloomberg, Refinitiv, or similar financial data platforms.
- Professional certifications such as CFA (Level I/II) or FRM are a plus.
