This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fitter located in Tiruchirappalli. The Fitter will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining machinery, equipment, and components. Key responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, performing equipment repairs, ensuring all safety standards and guidelines are followed, and conducting quality checks to ensure proper alignment and functionality. The role often involves using tools and machinery to fabricate and fit metal parts for industrial purposes.

• Proven skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Proficiency in hand and power tools used for fitting and assembling machinery
• Experience in metal fabrication, machining, and alignment practices
• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and workplace safety procedures
• Attention to detail and ability to perform quality assurance checks
• Capability to work in a team and follow instructions effectively
• Experience in industries such as manufacturing, oil & gas, or construction is advantageous
• Vocational training or certification in mechanical fitting or a related field is preferred
