Role Description

The Certified Gym Fitness Floor Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness training sessions, guiding participants through group exercises, and ensuring proper techniques to promote safety and effectiveness. The trainer will actively engage with clients to address their fitness goals, provide excellent customer service, and create a positive fitness environment. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in fitness-related skills, including Group Exercise, Fitness Instruction, and Fitness Training
• Strong understanding of the Fitness Industry and its trends
• Excellent Customer Service skills to build rapport with clients and ensure a welcoming environment
• Ability to support clients with personalized fitness plans
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices
• Fitness certification (mandatory for both experienced applicants and freshers)
• Passion for fitness and the ability to motivate and inspire individuals of diverse fitness levels
