We're building a team of high-performance fitness coaches who can lead sessions, own the floor, and deliver real member outcomes.
This role is designed for individuals who can coach, engage, and drive results not just run sessions.
You will work across group fitness, gym floor, and personal training, while being part of a system built for growth and high earning potential.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
FORMATS YOU WILL HANDLE
• Dance-based fitness
• HIIT / Functional training
• Strength / Pump (Body Pump–style)
• TRX
WORK STRUCTURE
Work Hours: 8 hours per day
Work Week: 6 days
Shift Type:
Continuous or split shifts based on schedule
Weekly Offs:
Rotational (team split across Saturday & Sunday)
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
-Strong experience in fitness coaching
-Ability to handle group classes + gym floor + PT
-Good understanding of:
• Movement and form
• Strength and conditioning
• Member engagement
-High energy and strong presence
-Ability to communicate clearly and lead
NON-NEGOTIABLES
-You can coach, not just perform
-You can manage multiple members at once
-You are comfortable selling and converting PT
-You bring consistency, professionalism, and energy
