Fitness Coach (Personal Trainer) - MUMBAI
Responsibilities:
- Conduct personal training sessions tailored to client goals (weight loss, muscle gain, mobility, strength, etc.).
- Assess clients fitness levels, create customized workout plans, and track progress.
- Demonstrate exercises with correct form and ensure safe training practices.
- Provide guidance on fitness concepts such as strength training, endurance, flexibility, recovery, and nutrition basics.
- Motivate and support clients in achieving their fitness goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and knowledge in health & fitness.
Requirements:
- Based In Mumbai
- Proven experience as a fitness coach/personal trainer.
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and training techniques.
- Ability to understand client needs and adapt programs accordingly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent) preferred.
