Job Description

Fitness Coach (Personal Trainer) - MUMBAI

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct personal training sessions tailored to client goals (weight loss, muscle gain, mobility, strength, etc.).
  • Assess clients fitness levels, create customized workout plans, and track progress.
  • Demonstrate exercises with correct form and ensure safe training practices.
  • Provide guidance on fitness concepts such as strength training, endurance, flexibility, recovery, and nutrition basics.
  • Motivate and support clients in achieving their fitness goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and knowledge in health & fitness.

Requirements:

  • Based In Mumbai
  • Proven experience as a fitness coach/personal trainer.
  • Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and training techniques.
  • Ability to understand client needs and adapt programs accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications (ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent) preferred.
