About the Role

Plumeria Holidays is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Holiday Consultants ( Domestic & International ) to join our growing team. If you have experience in curating tailor-made travel itineraries and delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and design customized travel packages for both domestic and international destinations.

- Coordinate with suppliers, hotels and service providers for seamless travel experiences.

- Provide clients with detailed travel information, quotations and assistance.

- Ensure timely communication and smooth execution of travel arrangements.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in handling FIT / GIT packages.

Strong knowledge of destinations, travel suppliers and booking platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-first mindset and problem-solving attitude.
