FIS Quantum/Echos Production Support Service Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Systems Support

• Provide end-to-end support for FIS Quantum and Echos treasury management systems.
• Maintain static data in Quantum to ensure data integrity.
• Troubleshoot, fix, and develop Enterprise Workflow Framework (EWF) components including reports and action-based triggers.
• Resolve interface issues related to bank statements and cashflows.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and fix Cash Xplorer functionalities.
• Support treasury processes such as In-House Banking (IHB), cash forecasting, and intercompany settlements.
• Understand internal systems to deliver full-cycle user support.
• Analyze and prioritize support tickets.
• Deliver timely solutions and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and performance monitoring.
• Recommend improvements where applicable.

Technical Operations

• Use Oracle/SQL Server expertise to maintain and optimize system performance.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data extraction.
• Troubleshoot complex issues using knowledge of the Quantum data model.
• Work withGolden GateandDatapipelinesfor data integration.
• Manage integration between FIS systems and Oracle Fusion (AGIS/GL).
• Track and manage support requests using the FIS ticketing system.

Governance Compliance

• Maintain SOPs, system documentation, and impact assessments.
• Conduct regression testing for Quarterly Cloud Updates to ensure readiness.
• Ensure compliance withSOXand maintain financial data accuracy.
• Participate in change management processes to minimize business disruptions.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience withFIS Quantum and Echostreasury systems.
• Hands-on experience maintaining static data within financial applications.
• Strong knowledge ofOracle/SQL Serverand SQL query development.
• Experience withEnterprise Workflow Framework (EWF)in Quantum.
• Understanding ofIn-House Banking,Cash Forecasting, andIntercompany Settlements.
• Familiarity withbank interfacesandcashflow integrations.
• Proficiency inCash Xplorersetup and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge ofGolden GateandDatapipelines.
• Understanding ofSOX complianceand internal controls.
• Experience usingFIS support tools, including ticketing systems.
