The FRO, part of the Office of the Chief Finance Officer, OCFO) designs and oversees the firm's resiliency strategy, including planning, testing, reporting, and incident management. The team partners with senior leadership, Lines of Business, Control Management, Risk, Compliance, and Audit to ensure robust resiliency programs and corporate governance.

Role Summary
As an Executive Director within Firmwide Resiliency Office, you will directly support the Head of Resiliency for India and the Philippines in providing strategic direction and execution of the firmwide resiliency program for India. The role is responsible for ensuring consistent execution of the resiliency agenda, collaborating with LoB Resiliency teams, CAO, and Corporate Functions (e.g., Global Security, Real Estate), and coordinating incident response and crisis management for the region.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the resiliency program in line with firm's policy and standards
  • Manage stakeholders, including location leaders, LoBs, and support groups
  • Advise on policy, standards, tools, and metrics for resiliency
  • Govern and monitor metrics, ensuring follow-up on non-adherence
  • Coordinate crisis and incident response across functions
  • Ensure location-level preparedness and planning
  • Identify opportunities to enhance resiliency posture
  • Support regulatory requirements from a resiliency/BCP perspective
  • Collaborate with global and regional partners

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 10+ years in Operational Resilience, Risk Management, or Business Continuity including recent independent leadership roles
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong understanding of risk, control, governance and operational frameworks
  • Analytical skills to solve complex problems and drive change
  • Familiarity with AI tools and process improvements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office data analytics skills (Alteryx, Tableau)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication ability to brief senior leaders
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Collaborative leadership and consultative experience
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and initiative

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree advanced degree in business, risk management, or resiliency preferred
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CBCP) are a plus
