Job Description

Responsible for the deliverables assigned to the team, ensuring quality and timely completion of all project goals.
Lead, manage, and guide a team to achieve committed objectives within timelines defined by program management.
Assess and manage risks, identify future gaps, and take timely mitigation actions to ensure project continuity.
Proactively raise concerns and communicate potential risks that cannot be mitigated, ensuring transparency with stakeholders.
Participate in and follow up on global management and program management meetings, taking action on communications and directives.
Allocate and assign team members based on project requirements and skill sets.
Mentor and support career growth of team members, fostering motivation, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Ensure the team's work receives appropriate visibility at upper management and maintain alignment on team performance, skills, and gaps.
Promote a collaborative, open, and data-driven culture that values innovation, inclusion, and science-based decision-making.
Demonstrate flexibility across global cultures and time zones to enhance international collaboration and coordination.
