Job Description

We are seeking an experienced FircoSoft Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale sanctions screening solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in FircoSoft platforms, strong development skills, and hands-on experience with complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support FircoSoft solutions, including Continuity V6, Screening Preparation, and Firco Utilities.
  • Develop and configure applications using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Shell scripting.
  • Design and optimize Oracle SQL & PL/SQL queries and database operations.
  • Build microservices and work with messaging technologies to support large-scale data processing.
  • Deliver end-to-end solutions, including production support, operational resilience, and SDLC adherence.
  • Apply Kubernetes and AWS concepts in deployment and scaling of applications.
  • Utilize CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) to streamline development, testing, and deployment.
  • Implement application resiliency and security best practices.
  • Explore AI/ML concepts to enhance screening, alert reduction, or data analysis processes.
  • Collaborate with compliance, risk, or sanctions teams (preferred but not mandatory).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with FircoSoft platforms and utilities.
  • Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Shell scripting.
  • Expertise in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and messaging technologies.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD processes.
  • Understanding of SDLC, production support, and operational resilience.

Good to Have:

  • Experience working directly with compliance, risk, or sanctions teams.
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts in financial crime or screening solutions.
