Job Description
The Project Lead Finishing Site is responsible for end-to-end planning, management, and execution of finishing works across large-scale construction projects at the site (High Rise Towers). The role ensures that interior and exterior architectural finishes are delivered in alignment with design specifications, quality benchmarks, and project timelines. The incumbent leads a multidisciplinary site team and coordinates with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality finishes and ensure timely project handovers.
Lead and manage the complete execution of all finishing works including plastering, tiling, painting, false ceilings, flooring, joinery, cladding, and faade treatments at site.
Develop detailed work plans and schedules for finishing activities in coordination with planning and execution teams.
Ensure alignment of finishing activities with architectural and interior design specifications and client expectations.
Oversee deployment of resources including manpower, subcontractors, and materials to ensure productivity and timely completion.
Coordinate with civil, MEP, design, QA/QC, and procurement teams for seamless interface execution and issue resolution.
Review shop drawings, mock-ups, and sample approvals in collaboration with consultants and clients.
