Project Lifecycle & Delivery

• Manage the complete project life cycle including planning, key deliverables and project strategies
• Analyse and define requirements, develop solution designs, configure solutions and deliver go live training
• Work directly with clients to ensure client needs are evaluated and met with a technical business model achievable through software
• Work as part of a team comprising business analysts, technical consultants and software engineers to deliver key strategic objectives

Functional Analysis & Documentation

• Gather information on bank trade finance processes and develop Business Analysis Document (BAD) used for implementation
• Support in preparing functional specification or equivalent documents
• Participate in design reviews and provide functional inputs as required
• Provide business walkthrough and solutions to users
• Provide documentation related to business solutioning

Testing & Implementation Support

• Perform SIT, UAT, dress rehearsal readiness testing and support
• Activate options within TI+ to tailor the system as per bank expectations

TI+ Configuration & System Tailoring

• Undertake all functional aspects of projects and engagements including system tailoring configurations
• Configure charges, posting workflow, watchlist, SWIFT In/Out, parameter mappings, document templates etc
• Set up Zones, Main Banking Entities (MBE), Branches, Teams, Users, Event Groups based on bank hierarchy

Parameterization & Process Setup

• Parameterize TI+ static data and define business processes and outputs from system tailoring
• Set up postings, charges, documents and reports for individual trade finance products
• Develop custom control actions for batch execution and maintain EOD processing cycles for different regions and zones

Security & User Management

• Configure security for users including user roles definitions
• Set up event groups, team profiles, team role definitions, capabilities and capability mappings

Messaging & System Monitoring

• Analyse messages in TI+ using Message Manager such as SWIFT messages, gateway messages, internal transaction messaging and reports
• Configure TI+ to cover all details captured in BAD

Trade Finance Domain Expertise

• Expert knowledge in trade finance products for front and back office
• Strong knowledge of trade finance and clean payments products and operations including:
• Letters of Credit (Import and Export)
• Clean Payment (Customer Payments, Bank Payment, Cheques)
• Collections
• Financing
• Guarantees
• Cash Letters
