How will you make an impact in this role

The Product Analyst for Oracle ERP Fusion migration plays a crucial role in analyzing existing business processes and requirements that reside on Oracle EBS, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring efficient implementation to Oracle Fusion applications. They work closely with stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and external vendors, to support the migration of process while ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis of current business processes on EBS and identify areas for improvement to migrate to Oracle Fusion ERP
  • Gather and document detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with product lead, finance process teams and technical teams to configure & design solutions that meet business needs
  • Apply industry best practices in ERP financial design and configuration for scalable and auditable solutions

    o Configure and support ERP modules including:

    o General Ledger (GL)

    o Accounting Hub

    o Chart of Accounts structures and financial hierarchies

    o Financial Close & Consolidation

    o Enterprise Data Management
  • Understand how AI and automation can be incorporated into ERP processes to elevate decision-making, detect anomalies, and improve forecasting.
  • Participate in developing user stories, sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure effective scrum execution.
  • Support change management, training, and testing activities across user groups

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information System, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business/Finance or Product Analyst, in Oracle ERP context
  • Familiarity with Oracle EBS /ERP Fusion applications and understanding of business processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Exposure to Agile development methodology

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and financial compliance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified SAFe Agile or similar Agile certifications
  • Oracle Fusion ERP certifications
  • Understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP financial processes, configuration, and solution design
  • Experience with quarterly Oracle Cloud releases and new feature adoption
