Vendor related TDS activities support & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

  • Extraction of Monthly TDS liability reports
  • Payment of the TDS Liability before statutory date
  • Manage the preparation and filing of TDS returns, ensuring compliance with applicable income tax laws.
  • Coordination with TAX consultant
  • Response to TDS notices on Trace portal
  • Update to AP team on TDS changes & Rules
  • Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the company's TDS obligations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to address specific tax issues and ensure compliance.
  • Support in Tax audit & Statutory audit schedules in respect of TDS

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in tax compliance, specifically with TDS.
  • Strong knowledge of income tax laws and regulations related to TDS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with tax compliance software and ERP systems.

  • Experience in managing tax compliance processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good Excel knowledge & other soft skills
