A Fortune 200 enterprise is scaling its Global Capability Centre in India, and its record-to-report pod has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Financial Reporting Analyst who will own a slice of the monthly and quarterly close for one of its regional business units.
Where this sits in the centre
The centre's finance function has moved past pure transaction processing and is now expected to produce reporting packs that regional CFOs actually read. This analyst joins a pod of six, reporting into a Reporting Manager, and will be one of the first hires trusted to question a variance rather than simply restate it.
What lands on your desk each month
What we need from day one
1 to 5 years in financial reporting, general ledger accounting or audit, ideally with some exposure to a multi-entity or shared-services environment. Excel fluency at a formula-and-pivot level is assumed; prior exposure to an ERP such as SAP or Oracle, and to a consolidation tool such as HFM or OneStream, is a genuine advantage. You should be someone who reads a trial balance for what it is telling you, not just for what it says on the page.
Where you would be based
Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai or Remote (India).
How the process runs
An initial HR conversation is followed by a short reporting assignment, a working round with the Reporting Manager, and a closing conversation on fit with the wider finance team.
One application from you is kept on file and considered against this opening and any other reporting roles that open up across our client base.
