Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a finance professional with 3–4 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, ideally within the banking or NBFC sector. The candidate should have a working knowledge of Indian GAAP and Ind AS, and hands-on experience in assisting with the prepare on of financial statements and regulatory reporting. This role offers exposure to the financials of a listed entity and provides an excellent platform to build deep technical experience in accounting and regulatory compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist in preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian GAAP and Ind AS. Support the preparation of financial schedules, and disclosures coordinate with internal teams for data colla on, reconciliation, and variance analysis.

Contribute to audit processes by preparing audit schedules and responding to auditor queries.

Monitor updates in Ind AS, RBI circulars, and other regulatory changes affecting financial reporting Assist in automation or process improvement initiatives within the reporting vertical.

Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in Advanced Excel (lookups, pivot tables, basic macros), Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems and financial reporting tools.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large volumes of data.

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience.

Experience in financial reporting roles in a bank, NBFC, or financial services company.

Good knowledge of Indian GAAP and Ind AS.

Exposure to RBI regulatory framework and reporting requirements.
