Role OverviewThe Financial Presentation & Marketing Analyst is responsible for creating high-quality financial presentations, one-pagers, and proposal support materials for overseas offices. The role focuses on translating complex financial and capital market concepts into clear, structured, and visually professional materials aligned with firm standards.
This is a non-client-facing, support-only role, with all external engagement and commercial discussions handled by senior teams in GCC and Asia.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Presentations & Decks- Design and develop:
- Pitch decks
- Capability presentations
- Transaction overviews
- Structure content for clarity, flow, and senior management review
- Ensure consistency with firm branding and messaging
One-Pagers & Marketing Collateral- Create concise one-pagers summarizing:
- Financing structures
- Market opportunities
- Sector overviews
- Convert complex information into crisp, executive-ready formats
- Maintain and update a library of standard templates
Proposal & Mandate Support (Internal Use)- Support preparation of proposal materials and responses to mandates
- Coordinate inputs from research, credit, and origination support teams
- Ensure accuracy, alignment, and quality before submission to overseas offices
Content Quality & Standardization- Apply uniform formatting, fonts, and visual standards
- Proofread content for accuracy, grammar, and consistency
- Manage version control and document updates
Internal Coordination- Work closely with:
- Market research teams
- Financial analysis and credit teams
- Business origination support teams
- Incorporate feedback from overseas offices efficiently and accurately
