Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management report and dashboard, with in depth analysis of business performance

Work closely with various stakeholders to formulate annual budgets and forecasts and monitor performance against actuals

Support in financial planning & analysis, cashflow monitoring, and other areas of optimisation

Finance business partnering - Support the division heads and management on any adhoc matters with regard to the financial and business performance of the company.

Analyse financial data and create financial models/metrics for decision support

Support in process improvement/automation to streamline and optimise reporting

processes

Other ad-hoc reporting & analysis to support business decisions

Job Requirements

Degree in Accountancy/ Finance/ or ACCA, CPA or relevant

5-10 years of experience in FP&A or as a Finance Business Partner

Remote work to work Singapore timings

Understanding of planning and reporting processes.

Banks / Fintech experience would be a plus.

Have advanced Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, lookups, data tables, macros), Microsoft PowerPoint skills.

Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

Proficiency in English language.

Able to work independently
