Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Develop dynamic business plans, financial modelling, front ending business on critical decision making.

Drive the process of monthly plans, budgetary controls, monitor the cost price movements, quarterly business forecasts, annual operating plans.

Monthly engagement with stakeholders on price mix, cost trends, budgets and analysis of reasons of variation.

Deep dive in cost structures, co-piloting business on commercial models (pricing, margins, product mix)

Detailed monthly dashboard of financial/business results. Detailed view presentation to India leadership team

SPOC for all new business launch, develop commercial model for new products/business, financial modelling on partnerships/collaborations.

Sales review (impact of mix, discounts, margins), monthly margin, overhead review with Finance Director/Managing Director.

Drive regional monthly performance, co-pilot with Sales Directors on analysis and improvement initiatives.

Drive change initiatives SAP S4HANA, CRM, data intelligence and analytics

Supporting business units (Blended, HEAT, School Ed) drive profitability,

Coordinating with Product and procurement for new initiatives and processes

Co-piloting sales in driving the regional financial scorecard

People management, stakeholder management, timelines/deadlines on deliverables.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

A Qualified Chartered Accountant/MBA from T1/2 School with overall experience of 10 to 15 years.

Preference for candidates from FMCG/FMCD/Retail sector.

Experience in developing system solutions (SAP/Non-SAP), implementation of S4HANA, ERP solution, Data analytics and decision support tools (Tableau)

Proficient in numerical and data analyses

Strong functional and execution capabilities in financial planning, budgeting, financial modelling.

Proficiency in MS Excel and Power-point.

Good communicator, with fluent written and spoken English.

Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to effectively prioritize and manage a broad and demanding workload.
