Job Description

Should be a Chartered Accountant, with atleast 9-10 years of relevant GI experience.

Designation -Chief Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Competencies:

  • Mandatory expertise in ANA Plan software with hands-on experience in planning and forecasting models.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Sound business acumen with a clear understanding of financial performance and strategic drivers.
  • Self-starter with high ownership, capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint & MS Excel. Working knowledge of Power BI dashboard creation and management reporting.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in overall annual operating plan, monthly forecasting and long-term plan
  • End to end custodian of ANA and excel plan model.
  • Cost benefit analysis for new investments
  • Detailed variance analysis of performance vs plan
  • Assist in monthly closing activity and publishing of multiple MIS
  • Competition Benchmarking and detailed analysis
  • Preparation of multiple MIS and discussion with stakeholders to deep dive into key reasons for variances
  • Preparation of presentations for internal and shareholder reviews
  • Competition Benchmarking & Analysis
  • Working on Ad-hoc requests received from multiple stakeholders
