Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Role:

Manager FP&A to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and performance analytics. This role will work closely with business, credit, risk, operations, and collections teams to deliver actionable insights, drive cost discipline, support growth initiatives, and strengthen financial governance in line with RBI regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Drive MIS, management reporting, and performance analytics
• Partner with business, credit, risk, and operations teams on financial insights
• Support product pricing, schemes, and strategic decisions through modeling
• Monitor costs, improve efficiency, and track branch-level profitability
• Build financial models for scenarios, stress testing, and ALM support
• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and support audits & Board reporting

Educational Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA)- Preferred / Cost Accountant (CMA) / MBA (Finance)

Experience:

• 10+ years of post-qualification experience in FP&A, preferably in NBFC / Banking / Automobile Finance.
