Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in accounting, FP&A, or a hybrid role

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, formulas)
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
