We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, providing critical insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support business decisions.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
• Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
• Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Support strategic planning efforts by providing financial insights and projections.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Proficient in financial reporting and performance metrics analysis.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis.
