Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and process-driven Finance Executive to manage Process Optimization & Reporting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Treasury & Fund Management functions within our NBFC operations. The role requires strong financial acumen, regulatory understanding, and the ability to streamline financial processes while supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimization & MIS Reporting

Review, streamline, and optimize financial and operational processes to improve efficiency and compliance

Develop and maintain MIS dashboards, management reports, and performance metrics

Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and recommend automation or improvement

Coordinate with internal stakeholders for data accuracy and timely reporting

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and periodic financial projections

Analyze financial performance vs budget and provide variance analysis

Support management with actionable insights for cost control and profitability improvement

Assist in strategic planning, business projections, and scenario analysis

Treasury & Fund Management

Manage daily cash flow, liquidity planning, and fund utilization

Monitor borrowing costs, interest rates, and optimize fund deployment

Liaise with banks, lenders, and financial institutions for fund raising and renewals

Ensure compliance with NBFC treasury norms, internal policies, and regulatory requirements

Compliance & Coordination

Support audits (internal, statutory, RBI) with accurate financial data

Ensure adherence to NBFC regulations, internal controls, and SOPs

Coordinate with Accounts, Risk, Operations, and Senior Management teams

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of NBFC operations & regulatory framework

Expertise in FP&A, Treasury Management, and MIS Reporting

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, Power Query, financial modeling)

Experience with ERP/Accounting software

Analytical thinking, process improvement mindset, and attention to detail

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in NBFC or Financial Services
