Job Purpose:

To support financial planning and analysis activities for Global Operations finance.

Partnering with Site Function leads, Vertical Finance, Global Functions and other stakeholders to drive and track financial performance & business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and coordinate all the financial activities relating to Global Operations.
2. Prepare Monthly Book close activities include Absorption, Price Variance, Yield Variance,
3. Prepare Operations Budget, Strategic Plan
4. Prepare Operations Forecasting and Actual reporting as per Calendar
5. Prepare Quarterly and Monthly Management Reporting and Performance Templates
6. Preparation for Product Costing and Inventory Valuation
7. Analyze Vertical financial Performance including analysis of Key metrices and variances
8. Partnering with Sites Functional Leads, Verticals and Global functions finance leads in driving financial performance
9. Coordinate with Corporate FP&A in meeting deadline and managing expectations
10. Support the management team and Department Leaders with data-driven analysis.
11. Ad-hoc business performance reporting.
12. The candidate should be able to handle Capital Projects Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting.
13. Candidates with hands on experience of working in Capital Projects and in Capital Projects Budgeting, Forecasting and Reporting will be preferred.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in commerce
• Post graduate degree in Finance (CA/CMA)
• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in a similar job preferably in pharmaceutical company
• Candidates with experience of working in Manufacturing Site will be preferred
• Candidate with Big 4 consulting firm experience shall be preferred
• Must have SAP experience
• Command on MS Office, MS Excel, MS Presentation.
• Excellent communication skills, role requires frequent interaction with geographically dispersed Team (mainly in US and Europe)
