Responsibilities

As an Deputy Manager - FP&A, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the organization's financial strategy and operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting detailed financial analysis and forecasting to guide business decisions.
  • Preparing and managing financial models, dashboards, and reports for leadership review.
  • Analyzing variances, identifying trends, and providing insights to improve financial performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess budgets, streamline financial processes, and drive profitability.
  • Contributing to the annual planning and long-term financial goal-setting frameworks.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 8+ years of experience in FP&A or related areas of Business Finance.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with business tools and analytics platforms, advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams effectively.
  • A proactive attitude and a drive to adapt to new challenges in a remote work environment.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-performing organization is a plus.
