Finance) Role Summary:
We are seeking a high-caliber Finance professional who bridges the gap between traditional accounting and modern business intelligence.
- You will lead the Annual Business Planning (ABP) process, manage SAP Standard Costing, and pioneer the integration of AI into financial reporting and analysis.
- Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Analysis: Lead the Annual Business Plan (ABP) and rolling forecasts.
- Conduct independent research to identify market trends and provide deep variance analysis.
- SAP & Costing: Own the Standard Costing process within SAP. Analyze cost drivers, margins, and operational efficiencies.
- AI & Modern Reporting: Leverage AI tools and Intelligence Automation (IA) to automate reporting and extract predictive insights.
- Transform complex data into clear, actionable storytelling.
- Business Intelligence: Utilize advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and business analytics tools to build dynamic dashboards.
- Executive Communication: Prepare and present high-quality financial decks for senior leadership, highlighting risks and opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate:
Smart & Analytical: Ability to look beyond the numbers to understand the why and so what. Tech-Savvy: Expert in Excel and Business Intelligence tools. Demonstrated interest or experience in using AI/LLMs for financial workflows- .SAP Expert: Hands-on experience with SAP FICO/COPA, specifically regarding Standard Costing logic and experience in manufacturing industry.
- Credentials: Must hold a professional degree (CA, CPA, or MBA Finance) with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience
