Financial Planning Analyst

About the Company
A Fortune 200 industrial conglomerate is scaling its Global Capability Centre in India and has partnered with Flexiple to build out the FP&A function that will support its global business units from here. The centre already runs shared finance operations for three regions, and planning is the next capability being localised. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will support the budgeting and forecasting cycle for one or more global business units, working closely with FP&A leads based overseas.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Forecasting
- Build monthly forecasts and quarterly plans for assigned business units
- Consolidate actuals and flag variances against budget
- Support the annual operating plan and long-range planning cycles
Reporting & Stakeholder Support
- Prepare management reporting packs for overseas business unit leads
- Standardise planning templates across regions as the centre scales
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3 to 6 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or business analysis
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling
- Comfortable working with stakeholders across time zones
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a GCC, shared-services, or captive finance centre
- Working knowledge of an ERP such as SAP or Oracle
- CA Inter, CMA, or an MBA in Finance
