Financial Planning Analyst

We are seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to join our dynamic finance team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning and analysis functions, providing valuable insights to drive strategic decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making processes.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy in financial planning.
• Assist in budgeting and long-term financial planning activities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
• Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and present findings.
