A high-growth, venture-backed SaaS company is building its founding India team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will own the planning rhythm of a company growing quickly, with a direct line to the people setting strategy. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will run the budgeting and forecasting cycle, keeping the business honest on its plan and giving leadership a clear, forward-looking view.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Forecasting

• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and the annual plan
• Track actuals against plan and explain the variance
• Model headcount, spend, and revenue scenarios

Insight & Partnering

• Partner with department heads on their numbers and targets
• Build dashboards that track SaaS metrics like ARR and churn

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1 to 5 years in FP&A, planning, or financial analysis
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets modelling skills
• A structured planner who is comfortable with shifting priorities
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SaaS metrics and subscription business models
• Familiarity with a planning tool or BI dashboard
• CA Inter, CFA Level 1, or an MBA in Finance
