Senior Financial Planning Analyst

Together as part of the Ampa Bharathi Group and in partnership with GTB Urban Developers (58 years of Chennai real estate legacy) ,we operate across branded residences, luxury, hospitality, and senior living. We are now doing the same in Mumbai.

Reporting Manager: Chief Financial Officer

Compensation: INR 15-20 LPA ( Based on Experience)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

▪ Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts

▪ Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs Budget)

▪ Track key financial and operational metrics

2 Financial Modelling

▪ Build and maintain financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV)

▪ Evaluate project feasibility and investment opportunities

▪ Scenario and sensitivity analysis

3 MIS & Reporting

▪ Prepare monthly / quarterly MIS reports

▪ Develop dashboards for management review

▪ Present insights and recommendations

4 Fundraising & Investor Support

▪ Assist in preparation of investor decks and financial packs

▪ Support debt / equity fundraising processes

▪ Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and stakeholders

5 Business Finance Support

▪ Analyze cost structures and identify optimization opportunities

▪ Support pricing and profitability analysis

▪ Evaluate new business initiatives

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

QUALIFICATIONS

▪ B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance)

▪ CA / CPA / CFA preferred

Core Skills

▪ 4 to 8 years of experience

▪ Advanced Excel (mandatory)

▪ Financial modelling expertise

▪ Strong accounting knowledge

▪ Data analysis

▪ Proficient in usage of Claude and Other AI Tools

▪ Power BI / Tableau (good to have)

Behavioural Skills

▪ Strong analytical thinking

▪ Attention to detail

▪ Good communication & presentation skills

▪ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
