We're Hiring: Sales Finance / Revenue Analyst (Commercial Strategy) | A Leading Ad-Tech Organization

Location: Chennai - Guindy

(Hybrid Module) (4 Days WFO, 1 Day WFH) EMEA Shift-2.00PM to 11.00PM

We're looking for a numbers-driven partner who enjoys influencing revenue decisions - not just reporting them.

This is a Sales Finance + Strategy where you'll work closely with Sales Leaders, Finance, and Management to drive smarter revenue decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Own sales forecasting, pipeline tracking & revenue planning
  • Analyse seller performance, incentives & productivity metrics
  • Build dashboards & KPIs for leadership decision-making
  • Support compensation modelling & target setting
  • Identify growth opportunities through data-backed insights
  • Drive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) & performance analysis
  • Partner with Sales & Leadership to shape go-to-market strategy
  • Automate reporting & improve commercial processes

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in Sales Finance / FP&A
  • Strong analytical mindset - you enjoy solving business problems using data
  • Hands-on with Excel (must), dashboards & CRM data (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to convert data insights business recommendations
  • Comfortable working with leadership & influencing decisions
  • Detail-oriented, structured & proactive
