Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and support strategic initiatives.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Experience with financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
