Job Description

Role Purpose

Support the analytics function by providing insights through data analysis, visualization, and reporting. This role helps drive data-driven decision-making for HE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and variances.
  • Support KPI tracking and performance reporting
  • Assist in ad-hoc analysis for leadership decision-making.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports.
  • Participate in automation and digitalization initiatives for analytics processes.

Required Skills

  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
  • Experience 5 8 years in FP&A.
  • Basic understanding of financial metrics and business performance indicators.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Work location will be Bangalore.

Education

  • Master's degree in finance (CA / CMA preferred).

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred
