Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic insights to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models to project future financial performance.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for financial analysis.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA/CPA) preferred.
• 10-20 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
