We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual for the role of Financial Gap Analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and analyzing financial gaps among our clients & organization to improve overall financial health and performance. This position requires a strong understanding of financial principles and the ability to communicate findings effectively. We are inviting cross industriy's experienced people. Initial job knowledge will be provided by hand holding training. This role is a part of Financial Portfolio Management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial gap analysis to identify discrepancies and areas for improvement in financial processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to bridge identified financial gaps and enhance overall financial performance.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and make necessary adjustments.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with financial reporting and budgeting processes.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present complex information clearly.
