Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Financial Due Diligence Specialist. The Specialist will evaluate financial statements to assess risks and opportunities, conduct in-depth financial analysis, and provide insights to support M&A and strategic transactions. Additional responsibilities include preparing detailed financial reports, ensuring accurate data interpretation, and communicating findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to timelines will also be key components of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Finance and accounting skills
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret financial data and identify key trends
• Experience in Financial Reporting, including preparing and analyzing financial statements
• Strong Communication skills to effectively present findings
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in M&A Advisory or related fields is a plus
• Familiarity with QOE, Working Capital, Net Debt, Proof of Cash and related terms / analysis
• CA/MBA/CFA with Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Working knowledge of financial tools and software is preferred
• Strong databook preparation skills, due diligence report-writing experience is a plus
