Financial due diligence, (CA - upto 3 Attempts) (Sr. Manager/VP)

• Buy-side financial due diligence
• Sell-side assistance (vendor assist / vendor due diligence)
• Cross-border transactions
• Pre-deal evaluations, data rooms, full-access DDs, carve-outs

Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify key issues and perform relevant financial analysis
• Lead smaller assignments or support larger ones under Partner supervision
• Prepare high-quality TS reports and review sections prepared by juniors
• Manage and develop junior staff (including timely feedback)
• Build credibility with clients/targets
• Maintain business contacts for future work
• Participate in proposals and business development
• Ensure timely completion of risk documentation
• Contribute to practice development (sales, people, solutions)

Requirements

• Qualified CA (ideally first attempt)
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services or similar environment (audit/accounting firms)
• Strong analytical, research, organisational, issue-identification and report-writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and budgets under pressure
• Excellent written & spoken English
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Preferable: IFRS knowledge
