Financial Due Diligence Analyst/ Senior Analyst

We're hiring and have multiple opening for motivated FDD/QoE Analysts/ Senior Analysts to support our rapidly growing Transaction Advisory Services practice, with a focus on US-based deals. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in transaction advisory or due diligence, strong financial analysis skills, and excellent English communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support buy-side/sell-side FDD and QoE projects for our clients.
• Build and manage detailed FDD/ QoE Excel models.
• Prepare high-quality FDD reports for our clients.
• Collaborate with internal and global teams on tight timelines

Requirements:

• Proven FDD/QoE experience (preferably for US clients) - minimum 2+ years relevant experience
• Strong grasp of financial/accounting concepts
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Advanced Excel skills
• Willingness to push during high-demand periods
