Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Financial Counsellor. The Financial Counsellor will assist patients and their families in navigating financial solutions for healthcare services. Daily responsibilities include providing financial counseling, verifying insurance claims, explaining financial plans, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The role requires close collaboration with hospital staff and patients to promote affordability and access to medical care.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Financial Counseling and Finance-related tasks
• Experience in Insurance Verification and familiarity with medical claim procedures
• Strong Customer Service skills to effectively address and resolve patient inquiries
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology related to healthcare plans and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in healthcare or insurance is an advantage
