Role Description

Meolaa is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. In this role, you will diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide prompt customer support, and ensure systems operate efficiently. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams, document troubleshooting steps, and assist in improving technical processes for better service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Support, including resolving hardware and software issues
  • Strong Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills to identify and resolve complex technical challenges
  • Experience providing exceptional Customer Support and Customer Service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA) are an advantage
