We are looking at a seasoned and highly experienced Financial Controller with a CA Qualification to lead the organizations financial controllership function. This leadership role would ensure strong goverance, accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance and efficient financial operations across the business and would report to CMD
1. Controllership & Financial Management
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, cost and inventory accounting
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) in line with Ind AS
- Establish and monitor internal controls (ICOFR) and accounting policies
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity planning
2. Financial Planning & Reporting
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes including AOP's.
- Conduct variance analysis and highlight key financial insights
- Develop and manage MIS reports and financial dashboards for leadership
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting systems
3. Audit & Compliance
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors
- Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits and Strengthen and maintain audit-ready processes and documentation
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable regulations of State and Centre.
4. Process & Systems Improvement
- Drive process standardization and automation in finance functions
- Lead ERP implementation and system enhancements
- Improve financial controls and reporting efficiency
5. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business operations
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities
