Financial Controller

Position: Finance Controller in Cat-II AIF

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

About the Role:

NovumLake Partners is seeking a process-oriented Finance Controller with a qualification in Chartered Accountancy. This is an opportunity for broad role with the coverage including finance and compliances of our Cat-2 AIF, Investment Manager entity and the Investee/ SPVs controlled by the Fund.

Key result areas:

·      Compliances with statutory regulations, taxation laws, and audit requirements.

·      Preparation of financial statements and investor reporting.

·      Monitoring internal controls, accounting policies, and SOPs across units.

·      Manage liquidity, working capital, treasury functions and raising debt.

·      Act as the primary point of contact for auditors, bankers, and regulatory Responsibilities

Key requirements:

·      Prior experience in AIF finance & compliances

·      Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

·      Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Edu Qualification: CA

Prior Job Experience: 5+ years (Post-qualification) in AIF finance & compliance

Reporting To: Founder / CEO
