Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end Record to Report (R2R) operations
• Banking operations and relationship management
• COD (Cash on Delivery) cash management and controls
• Drive finance automation and process improvements
• Cash flow forecasting and working capital management
• Financial reporting, MIS, planning & analysis

Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Strong hands-on R2R experience
• Pune-based or willing to relocate
• Curious, agile, and ready to take on challenges
